FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions:
Where do I find the COA for my vial?

COAs are posted on the product page and/or the Lab Results page. Match the lot number  printed on your vial to the report. If you cannot find yours, email support with the product name  and lot number.

How do I know a COA is real?

Use the lab’s own verification portal or report number when the issuing lab provides one. Do  not rely on a screenshot that cannot be checked independently.

Do you test every batch?

Yes. We test every batch for each different dosage amount that we offer.

Shipping Questions:
Do you ship outside Canada?

Unfortunately, NextGen Labs ships from Canada to Canadian addresses only. We do not ship  internationally at this time.

Can you ship anywhere in Canada?

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes as well and we provide a tracking number.

How fast will my order arrive?

In-stock orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped out by the next business day.  Delivery across Canada is usually 1–5 business days depending on province and service  selected. A tracking number is sent when the order ships.

How are orders packaged?

Orders ship in discreet outer packaging. Product names are not printed on the outside of the  box.

What if Canada Post is disrupted?

If standard service is delayed, we move orders to an available courier. You will get an updated  tracking number.

Is there free shipping?

Yes, we have free tracked shipping on orders over $250 CAD.

Storage, reconstitution & handling What form do products arrive in?

All peptides ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials for stability in transit.

How should I store unopened vials?

Keep lyophilized vials cold, dry, and protected from light. Follow the storage note on the  product page and COA. Refrigeration (2–8°C) or freezer storage is standard for unused sealed  vials.

How are peptides reconstituted for research?

Lyophilized powder is typically reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, added slowly down the  vial wall and swirled, not shaken. Use sterile technique and your lab’s validated protocol. We  do not provide dosing or administration instructions for human use.

How long does reconstituted material last?

Reconstituted solutions are less stable than lyophilized powder. Store refrigerated (2–8°C),  protect from light, avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles, and follow the window noted for that  compound (often used within about 28 days in research settings). Confirm against the product  COA and your protocol.

Is bacteriostatic water included?

This is sold separately. Add it at checkout.

Do you provide a reconstitution calculator?

Yes. Here is the link:

Calculator

Calculate volume from vial milligrams and your target concentration.  Always verify the math independently.

Orders, payment & returns What payment methods do you accept?

We accept e-transfer and BTC.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us via email, info@nextgenlabs.ca, immediately with the order number. Once an order is packed or handed to  the courier, changes may not be possible.

What is your refund policy?

Because these are research reagents, sales are final once shipped. Defective, incorrect, or  damaged-in-transit items should be reported within 24 hours of your packing arriving with the  order number.

What if a vial arrives damaged?

Photograph the outer box, inner packaging, and vial, then email us with your order number. Do  not discard the packaging until the claim is reviewed.

How do I contact NextGen Labs?

Typical reply window: 1–2 business days.

Can you source a compound that is not listed?
